Trading terms

Crewkerne Outdoor Toy Centre reserves the right, at any time, to modify, update and alter these terms of trade. We also reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Any discounts given may vary depending on supplier stock levels, which can affect the way we ‘bulk buy’ our products.

Placing an order

Orders can be placed by phone, fax, post or e-mail. Payment should be made in full at time of ordering, unless other terms have been agreed. Cheques should be made payable to Crewkerne Outdoor Toy Centre, after payment has been made, goods can then be dispatched.

Tax charges

All prices quoted include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%.

Delivery

Most items are available to collect here from our shop.

For larger items these can be delivered direct, generally within 3-4 working days, some at no extra cost, and others with a small delivery fee (this depends on the items bought, and from the manufacturer they are coming from). Please ring for details.

Returns policy

We advise you to check all goods on arrival. If items are delivered direct, check carefully before signing for them. If the parcel appears to be damaged, you can refuse to sign, however please notify us as soon as possible.

We’re sure you will be very happy with your purchase, however, if something is not correct, or something is missing, please let us know.

For whatever reasons, non-faulty goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They need to be returned in the undamaged packaging, and a full refund will be given.

For your own protection, please obtain a receipt of posting; Crewkerne Outdoor Toy Centre accepts no liability for lost parcels.
